Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my daily life, positive and negative. My parents accompanied my family to America in 1990, when I was just a year old. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. My parents were my inspiration and I worked to be successful. I believed that my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from university, be offered an executive position, be married, and then start an family. My idea of success was to go to university to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married to buy a home and then have children. However, life was not so sure. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I felt I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. I had a passion for exercising and enjoyed being social and helping others as I navigated towards my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. It was in 2014 that I established my company which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Being an Asian female in this industry there are very few. My goal is to be a change maker within the field to offer quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their dreams and do anything and everything they want to in life. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest success in my entire life. However, my mother died just as my career began to take off. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is at peace in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts and my heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us, but they can be very valuable. The death of my mother changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her next life and I was given a second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. My life is shared and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words so that you can feel secure knowing that you're not the only one, to know that you are more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets because death is the sole thing promised to us in our life.
