Noureen DeWulf was born the 28th of February 1984 on February 28, 1984 in New York City. She's always been interested in acting. The actress became famous in 1999, when her role on American Beauty gained worldwide recognition. She then starred in Ghost World (2001), which was a movie that received a lot of praise and earned her the Golden Globe nod.
