Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a well-known Indian actress, best known for the films Beta Saajan, Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Beta Saajan. Her career began in the early 1980s. Her character in the role of Anil Kapoor in the film Tezaab made her extremely popular. The next film she appeared in was Dil in which she was on screen with Aamir. Born into a Mumbai middle-class family and began to dance when she was a child. In her early years, as she began to perform as an actress, most of the films that she made were not successful. Her fame grew and she became one of India's leading film actors. Following her marriage was over, she took a few months away from performing prior to returning. In the past, she was an integral part in the movie Gulaab Gang which was about the struggles of women living in India. Dixit was nominated 15 times for Filmfare Awards. She won 8 of these. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize given to civilians in India, was bestowed upon Dixit. She also has a reputation for her social activism.
